There’s an app for that!
According to a technology benchmarking survey by the National Association of Electrical Distributors, 73 percent of NAED members have mobile apps for their customers.
The survey also revealed other aspects of technology use. 94 percent of companies have a website, and 61 percent offer online ordering (bringing in an average of 8 percent of sales/month).
The most important issue was making sure data is up to date and accurate, followed closely by data security.
