With increasing reliance on technology in many lines of work, face-to-face communication is no longer part of the job.
Recently in Ohio, gas line utility locators working for S&N Communications sought a way to decrease their huge workload by signing up with IBEW.org. Through email communication they organized a campaign that brought in over 30 new members to Local 245.
