China’s Not-So-Revolutionary Energy
China made pretty big waves recently by investing a considerable sum into its alternative energy program. They spent 54 billions dollars- or twice what we did- but despite that China’s not really changing. China is not reducing it’s dependence on coal, they aren’t building this energy to replace another as we are- they simply need more and coal can’t cut it alone.
